Located in Maurach, 10 minutes walking distance from the Achen Lake, Arthur's Hotel und Apartments am Achensee offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi, a bar and a restaurant with a large selection of pizza, pasta, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

The property is non-smoking and is located 800 metres from Jochlift. We had such a nice time at Hotel Auszeit and exploring the area around Pertisau. The hotel is chic and modern. The spa and pool area are absolutely beautiful and were incredibly relaxing after a long hike. Make sure to spend time in the spa/pool during your stay. The breakfast was also fantastic. The hotel staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, including helping us find restaurants and hikes in the area. If you like hiking and nature, there are so many great outdoor activates walking distance away from the hotel (and the nature surrounding Pertisau is stunning). We wish we could have stayed longer!

Apartments offer a modern kitchen and a balcony with panoramic views of the Tyrolean Alps. There is also flat-screen TV with satellite channels. All apartments and rooms are easily reachable by lift and accessible for disabled guests. Great place to explore the lake from. Great hosts.

Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Property, location, and cleanliness were all excellent! It was close to many attractions. The nearest supermarket was the 'Dorfladen', where you can get all your essentials from this local store.

A super nice hotel, top match between the quality and price. The hotel team was always very friendly, helpful and in a nice mood. The sauna and spa zone is brand new, everything super clean, big spacious rooms, smelling from natural wood. Even on busy days the people are somehow scattered around the hotel so it is never overcrowded. Location is breathtaking. Will definitely come again!

It offers fine Tyrolean cuisine and wellness facilities with sauna and steam bath. A highlight is a rooftop spa for all guests in the hotel. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The two ladies at breakfast were so pleasant and made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Made waking up a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at any hotel. The lakeside lounge area was also special. The rooftop spa area was tastefully done with views over the lake and mountains, although a 2pm opening time for the sauna felt overly restrictive.
