The Danube Bicycle Trail leads past the hotel. The family managing the hotel was amazing and highly accommodating! Best morning breakfast spread we had up till this stretch of our trip. Room is cozy and clean. Do ask for a fan/ventilator if it is a little too warm for your liking.

You receive the warmest welcome on arrival and immediately feel at home in this hotel. Beautifully appointed in every way. There is a beautiful peaceful garden out the back and a wine cellar in the basement,all definitely worth a visit. The hotel is immaculately clean everywhere and is in a great location just off the Danube bike trail. It has a facility to store your bike and a room to dry clothes if needed. The breakfast was such a treat and beautifully presented with freshly made coffee. The hosts were very helpful and give us a wonderful recommendation for dinner as they don’t do evening meals. Don’t pass this gem of a hotel, you will regret it if you do!

Built in 1574 as a shipmaster’s house, Renaissancehotel Raffelsberger Hof B&B is a protected building in the historic village centre of Weißenkirchen in the Wachau. It offers rooms with free WiFi, free parking, and a varied breakfast buffet. Amazing hotel, so far the best accomodation on our cycling trip. It's very relaxing, clean, misterious and cosy. The breakfast was delicious. Really didn't want to leave.

Surrounded by vineyards, this 4-star hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Göttweig Abbey and 10 minutes from the centre of Krems. The spacious, individually furnished rooms all have air conditioning and overlook the abbey and the surrounding vineyards. Great hotel room with a beautiful view. The hospitality was the best part of our stay and we could not ask for anything better. The property is kept in the best condition possible, especially the gardens and pool area.
