Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, special mention to Macarena and Catalina. Room so elegant with period features, high ceiling with large windows, very bright room and very very clean, water bottles provided and large bathroom. Breakfast area very good choices and also the options of having eggs done at the moment, nice plus. Very distinct library room, nice to be there for a quiet moment or a glass of wine if you didn't want to use the garden. If you like more traditional style hotel this is the place for you.

Aubrey Hotel Boutique: history, charm, and relaxation in the heart of Parque Metropolitano. Amazing old building beautifully renovated, absolutely one of the best hotels we have ever seen. Breakfast was nice, dinner also. Staff everywhere super helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel!

hUB Providencia features a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Santiago. Nice staff, extremely good location. Pool area. Restaurant downstairs was just excellent! Basically not a thing wrong, except air conditioner.
