We felt really cared for during our stay. We encounted an issue with the toilet on the first night and it was immediately resolved. They helped us with communicating with the taxi drivers and they even helped in carrying our luggage to the room. The hotel and our room was beautiful! The view from our 2nd floor balcony overlooking the city was the best. The bathroom had bidet. We loved the breakfast! The buffet had plenty of options, we could even order eggs benedict, shakshouka and guacamole bread. The serving time for these was really fast. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing! We really enjoyed the breakfast everyday. The restaurant food is also great, I tried one of their dishes for dinner and it was really nicely served in our hotel room. Overall, amazing experience in this hotel.
