Search four-star hotels in East Iceland

What a lovely small village. Various rooms and locations provided, not in the post office itself as I mistakenly had thought. Our rooom was large clean and functional. However what I want to share is about the breakfast and restaurant that comes with it. Simply outstanding, what a joy to experience the quality of food and wine for prices not any more than Iceland standards. A pleasure!

This is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. It's close enough to Egilsstadir for the convenience, but is surrounded by nature, overlooking the lake. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped, view was amazing. The hotel has a hot tub overlooking the lake as well. Really thoughtfully laid out and designed. The staff were amazing. Dinner was really high quality, and breakfast was the same. I would stay again next time I visit this part of Iceland!

The location of the hotel with a view on the lake is amazing. From the a la carte Restaurant you have a great view to the sun downer over the lake. The family room is really spacious and offers enough space for a family. Very clean room and bath room for own use. Quality of food was good. Buffet and a la zarte restaurant facilities.

Excellent location by a lake. Modern stylish rooms. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Ideal for exploring Seydisfjordur and the surrounding area.

This extremely comfortable cottage is situated in one of the most scenic locations you could ever imagine, and just off Route 1. The interior was furnished with calm and quality in mind, and the bed was superb. We could easily have stayed an extra few days, just to absorb the serenity.

The room was nice and clean. However, nothing like a 4 stars hotel.

We were given a free upgrade to a bigger room which was nice. Kitchen was small but had everything you needed, location was good. Bathroom was really clean and modern.
