I noted the staff to be most courteous. Their customer service was impeccable, something I have been quite disappointed with in Jamaica on a whole. It was a breath of fresh air to have staff so genuinely friendly. Will definitely recommend to others and return with family and friends.

Nestled on the shores of the Caribbean, this luxury 4-star resort boasts a private beach, a championship golf course and a full-service spa. When I got there ,the staff at the front, the bell man, offered me a wet hand towel to wipe my hand ,he then told me to leave my luggage and instructed me to wait for a another staff to take me to check in ,after checking in ,I was offered a drink ,a cool one as the climate was hot although it was in December,,which was nice The facilities were great, and I enjoyed every min of it ,the Room attendant that cleaned my room was nice and friendly, making me feel at home ., Kacie, keep up the good work ,overall all staff was lovely, room was clean and very nice Room 637
