Everything was flawless—the hotel was spotlessly clean, exceptionally well-organized, and the staff were incredibly kind. The car parking could use some improvement, though. A special shoutout to Mr. Ibrahim, who went above and beyond with his kindness and proactive support for all our needs.

We got interconnecting family rooms, that were really huge, with welcome fruit plate, nice size tv, bathrobe slippers and clean bathroom. Breakfast had really a lot of choices and surprised us as on second day menu changed slightly. There is good size parking in the front of hotel which is also positive and good market close by, I think called Basket Store. Kids were a little disappointed of pool as water was freezing and at the end they hadn't use it but we were visiting during winter season.

I got upgraded to a suite with balcony over looking the canyon. My room is beautiful and spacious, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet has a large selection, everything is delicious, and it’s with a beautiful view of the canyon looking through the large glass doors and windows. The staff are kind and helpful, for example, Abdula at the reception gave me many tips, Emed at the restaurant really nice and helpful. In sum, I loved everything at the hotel and can’t wait to stay there again.

Το Petra Boutique Hotel απέχει 400μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Πέτρα στο Ουάντι Μούσα. Προσφέρει καταλύματα 4 αστέρων και έχει βεράντα. what a location, near to the main gate, lots of restaurants and shops. Walkable to most of the important points at Petra. Breakfast was nice and very friendly staff.

Perfectly clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is really tasty. And it'only 4 min with a car to Petra visitor's center and 5' walking to the city center. The big star however goes to the staff. The guy was so helpful, so accurate with all recommendations! He helped us to prepare a plan to visit most of Petra giving the little time we had. He also arranged a lunch boxes for all of us for Petra visit, as a compliment. We were a group of 11 and felt in secure hands while with him!

Petra Guest House Hotel is situated at the entrance of ancient Petra. It offers air-conditioned rooms that overlook Wadi Musa’s mountains. The location of the hotel is great, especially after returning from a long walk in Petra. It is right at the main entrance to Petra. It has secure parking if you are driving. Hotel has a little bar (not cave bar) and Mr. Amer made us unique and delicious cocktails at there. The stuff was so hospitable and kind. Breakfast and dinner was good. Special thanks to Mr. Amer.

I had an excellent stay here while visiting Petra. It is really close to the visitor centre (5 min) so you can walk everything. The hotel is not too big, which means it's nice and quiet. The place is really clean and my room was spacious. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, also helping me call local companies and numbers. Great value for money.
