The personal is very welcoming. But what impressed me the most is how they helped me when I had to go to the ambulance one night after arrival at the hotel because of a thrombosis. They brought me all my luggage that I had left unpacked in my room because I was not expecting being hospitalised. They even reimbursed me the next night. This was such a wonderful experience and shows how much they care about their customers.
