Great buffet breakfast with alot of variety. Hotel offered a free shuttle around the area. The view of Mount Fuji was stunning.

I booked this hotel for my brother's birthday and the staff made this honestly a stay to remember. We used the bikes and went on a bike ride and we had an onsen in our room which was great as my brother has tattoos. The view from our room was beautiful! On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. We had breakfast one day. It was a mix of japanese and western style. It was very good. They bring in a basket. Other very good amenity was a bathroom.

The views of Mt Fuji was exceptional, and the service was really good.

Fascinating service, very comfortable rooms, exceptional dinner, very friendly staff. The view of Mt. Fuji directly from the bed is amazing. Sauna and jacuzzi in the room so convenient.
