The service was simple and straight forward as it should be. There was one night where the whole parking lot was full and they simply gave us permission to park on a reserved spot for the day. The room was spacious, instead of an extra bed there was a bunk bed, which is more comfortable compared to standard extra beds. We were nicely surprised by the well-equipped and well-maintained children's play area. Breakfast was rich, the lobby bar was open late but the rooms were completely quiet. The hotel has a very good restaurant with a terrace overlooking the neighbouring park. The park itself is beautiful and large, we appreciated the children's playground. The hotel provided plenty of facilities in the lobby and elsewhere for people to relax or work, there were also board games available. Overall the hotel highly exceeded our expectations.
