(He was critically ill completely unexpectedly to his family, intensive care & died 3 days after I got there. The staff were just so kind, thoughtful, good/very good English, friendly & professional. Nice lighting. Very good bed. Nice restaurant & didn’t use the spa. Just overwhelmed. But grateful to the hotel for letting indefinitely stay. Made a really rough time much more bearable.

The bright air-conditioned rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Very friendly and welcoming staff. There were some issues with the internet, but they were solved smoothly. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice location.

I had purchased an option to include breakfast, and having the great buffet there every morning on the top floor with views stretching over the city on three sides was the best way to start any day! Given the situation in Ukraine currently, having a very secure shelter on the premises was comforting. too.

One of the best hotels in Kyiv hands down. Everything was perfect — a comfortable bed, spacious room, bathroom filled with everything you need (and then some). Bathtub. And of course, the amazing view looking out into the European Square. (From the restaurant floor, you can even see the Dnipro River in the distance.) Breakfast was excellent and not overpriced. It was a pleasure to spend some time there, and I'll certainly be back when I can.
