The staff were professional and helpful with every question we had. They made sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond — delivering same day laundry services, ordering an airport taxi, and even making us a packed breakfast for our early flight. We got to enjoy the full breakfast buffet as well, and it was a great spread with lots of choices — classic breakfast food plus local options. The location is ideal — it's in Old Quarter but not in the overly-tourist areas. There are cool craft shops, great restaurants, and interesting cafes and bars nearby. Highly recommend!

It felt like we had a family with Danny, Felix, Jenny, Lovey, Mia, Daisy and Lilly. If I missed anyone I apologise, Breakfast was outstanding for the price. The range was great and the service was wonderful from Daisy and Lilly. The entire staff could not be more helpful. The service was amazing.
