Everything good in a nice area of the city with the river directly behind the site: front desk Lucy and Katie, super helpful and personable, upgraded to a large downstairs suite (because of stair climbing difficulties) with a balcony over the swimming pool, large clean swimming pool, good breakfast inside or outside by the pool (only a breakfast restaurant, but other food was available on site through the excellent local "Sunshine" restaurant about a two minute walk down the main street.), quiet, clean, probably the best accommodation we experienced on our month long visit to Thailand and Vietnam.

And the staff were so kind and helpful , my husband got sick in Hanoi and we travelled to Hoian and he became worse . They really took care of us at this hotel and made sure we’re were comfortable and had a doctor on stand by . Exactly what you need/want when you are in a Crisis. They were incredible . Would defo stay again 🙏♥️

The staff was kind and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained. I personally used the beautiful swimming pool every morning before breakfast. The lanterns around the hotel were also a nice touch, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Special thanks to Eric, which was eager to assist us and catered to our needs. For instance he offered to buy the Memory Show tickets on our behalf before we got the chance to exchange the currency. His sense of service is truly exceptional and his genuine politeness and availability made our stay at this hotel a very memorable experience. Thanks also go to Greenie, who has readily arranged our pickup from the airport and at our departure, and pumped the flat tyres of the bicycles for us. Should there be a return back to Hoi An in the future, Blooms Boutique will still be our choice.
