Good communication from the team prior to the booking, friendly, efficient check-in (English speaking staff). The accommodation was clean and had all we needed (need to bring own bedding and towels) and the sofa bed was almost like a separate room (with curtain divide) which was better than expected with good outdoor seating space too. We loved the clean pool and 1 min walk to the beach (early morning swim was great!). We also enjoyed Aqua dance and yoga which was offered on site for free by brilliant staff as well as enjoying the site disco. We also used the Padel/tennis twice (literally next door) which is reasonably priced and nice place for a drink/food. Blanes itself is a busy Spanish resort with lots of shops/bars within 10 mins walk. We had a car so also used this as a base to travel further up the coast as well as a day trip to Barcelona and a trip to the Montserrat. A fabulous family holiday!

Set around 2 minutes’ drive from Calella, Camping Roca Grossa features an outdoor pool, tennis courts and a children’s play area.

The camping is practically almost on the beach. Just have to cross the street. Nice design. The camping has light poles made of wood with a modern minimalistic design. A lot of greens all around. Nice swimming pool, although somewhat crowded during certain periods. In Malgrat there are supermarkets close by, even reachable by foot. In the nearby Blanes there are multiple stores also a Decathlon so easy to resupply with beach stuff at reasonable quality and prices

Located within 300 metres of Canet de Mar Beach and 33 km of Water World, Camping Victoria provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Canet de Mar.

El Carlitos is just 100 metres from Arenys de Mar Beach and offers easy access to the N11 Motorway. This campsite has a seasonal outdoor pool, a restaurant and a terrace.

Great location and very friendly service. For us as a tired couple with an active 5yo it was perfect. We spent our time between a swimming pool and a beach + visited Barcelona. From my perspective, it’s not a place for young people looking for something interesting, but if you have kids or just need a calm space to recharge, it’s for you.

Situated 300 metres from Canet de Mar Beach, Camping Costa Dorada offers accommodation with a terrace, as well as a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden.

Located 400 metres from Platja de Blanes, Camping La Masia - Maeva Vacansoleil offers 3-star accommodation in Blanes and features a spa and wellness centre.
