Our stay was amazing! Accommodation is in a great secluded area of Frodsham which made us feel like we were miles away from home. You can clearly tell every little detail has been thought of by Lady Heyes. From the cover over the top of our Hot Tub, to the comfortable spacious sofa perfect for relaxing in the night time. Nothing was too much for the staff in reception and they made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning!

We arrived and the pod was all lit up and the heater was on which was lovely. It was so easy to check in and the staff were friendly. Hot tub was amazing and more private than I thought it would be which was great. Will defo come back!

Staff amazing, food excellent, location fab, the room I preferred was big and spacious and had everything we needed, beds a little uncomfortable, so I would suggest mattress renewal for a good night's sleep and the pillows where flat. Very clean may I stress, bathroom was great.

What can we say? The welcome was warm & friendly, the pod was very cosy & well equipped, very clean. Great location, within easy distance of friendly pub serving food. The hot tub was a lovely addition & private too.
