Hong KongWe love everything about it. A true glamping experience. Breathtaking view. Amazing food. Excellent service. We had the best time. I forgot an item in the previous hotel, while they didn't have to, they helped me to call the previous hotel and communicate for me in Japanese.

New ZealandLoved everything , starting from ferry ride over, room had great view, lots to choose from at breakfast, Nepalese staff very helpful with any questions we had. Hot pools and electric bikes were excellent perk definitely our highlight whilst travelling Japan, couldn't rate this resort enough, wish we had booked for longer
