Everything, the pod was so cosy. The beds were comfortable and gorgeous athestics. The whole experience was perfect. Modern, minimal yet rustic. Lovely bathroom and amenities, wonderful hot bath from Mt.Fuji soft underground water. Such a relaxing environment to re connect. The food provided for us to grill was beyond, such a genirous bounty ! The staff were so warm and amazingly helpful ensuring we were welcome and comfortable. They helped us with our plans traveling from " A to B". Highly recommended for a place to chill.

These cabins are the perfect combination if you a looking for a far away spot, great views and a different style of “stay” in Japan. I loved the view and the fine details in and around the cabin, like the private toilet, the spaces to enjoy relaxing like the bonfire and the coffee (delicious!). I stayed 2 days in the second week of May, and the weather was perfect. Also I found the bed even more comfortable than other hotels like APA or Sosetsu Gran Fresa. I must also highlight the AMAZING help from the staff working there. I only know a few words in Japanese, but everyone was super warm and helpful even when asking simple questions or small chat in English. The best!

Everything was so thoughtfully designed to create an amazing guest experience—beautiful infrastructure, lots of amenities in the room, and great heating, which really mattered in the cold. We stayed just one night at the cottage. The cottage was somewhat easy to find by car and it was well-located. The view of the lake and mount Fuji was beautiful, especially in the morning. The check-in was quick and the host kind and spoke good English. The cabin was very big and warm and had all the ameneities needed. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was very complete in terms of cutlery, plates, etc. We got one with an open bath which was such a treat! The weather was really cold in January (-7 degrees) and I went to the open bath at night but the water was very warm and I had a very relaxing time. I would stay here again.

Spectacular view of Mount Fuji..you can sit outside and eat with a clear view of Mount Fuji. The kitchen and BBQ is just beside the sleeping area, so smoke from BBQ won't go to the sleeping area. The kitchen is very well equipped with rice cooker, portable induction cooker, toaster and microwave. Do buy food from supermarket at Kawaguchio station, really to cook your meals. The vicinity is quiet and basically there for Mount Fuji only. There is shuttle bus provided for check in and out. Have to book at least a day in advance. Toilet is inside the kitchen so you don't need to brace the cold while eating and drinking in the kitchen. Bathroom with a bathtub is beside the kitchen. Overall a superb glamping experience.
