Waking up to the sound of birds and monkeys was perfect! Javier made sure our stay was fantastic and provided us information about transportation and local spots to check out. The restaurant on site has a great pizza oven! We also enjoyed a Valentine's dinner here with live music and a special menu.

Beds are comfortable, there is a huge bathroom where there is shower and toilet in each unit, great kitchen with lots of kitchenware and two electric stoves. In the dormitories there are enough space for all the backpacks and stuff. They have small lockers for valuables. Nice pool with sunbeds and hammocks. And beautiful plants in the garden. Staff and volunteers and super nice and helpful, they really care about the wellbeing of their guests. And also the hostel is very clean. Close to center and supermarket. I am more than happy I chose this one in Tamarindo.

It’s a bit out of the way from other attractions , but that’s also the appeal. The food was good.
