It's more of a guesthouse so if you are looking for a more local experience, this is your spot. Location-wise, it's not in the hustle and bustle of the main town, however, it's only a short inexpensive boat ride across the Nile, which to me makes it a fun feature. Full on breakfast to start your day, and a super delicious dinner I ordered on one of my nights. The host and his family are super welcoming and helpful, always in tune with their guests.

Great vibes, very good place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring aswan. There is a public crossing to go to the city that costs 5 pounds and is only a 20-25 pound tok tok ride away. The terrace and rooftop with unbeatable views and very nicely decorated. The shared rooms are spacious. The manager is fantastic - great chats and advice. Breakfast and rooms are basic but with comfy matresses, good wifi and good sockets. Quiet location.

The apartment was very spacious and decorated in traditional Nubian style. It is located on the West bank of the Nile so there is a private boat to take you over the river which can be requested at any time. The food was traditional eygtian and delicious especially the cheese at breakfast. If you want a quiet place with beautiful views of the Nile and the desert this is the place to stay.
