Without a doubt, when in Jaisalmer, book the Killa Bhawan!!! it is worth going up with the riksha or tuktuk (cars cannot go to the top) and staying in rooms with an amazing view!!! All of us loved it, including a couple of friends with their 1yr old little girl! We hopefully will be back soon for a much longer stay!

What is not to like. A wildlife haven and prime place to stay because of its grounds. Pools of fantastic bird life and wildlife in night just for you. Veggie food is amazing, service outstanding. We were in a luxury tent which I think is their cheapest option and was great. Recommend fort visit with Bablu ( driver ) who also sorts out transfers for you if you've booked your own safaris via the ranthambore official site. Highly recommend zones 2 and 4 if you can get them. Don't just get hung up on tigers (we did see them), there's so much more out there ie storks, antelope, deer, turtles, mongoose, boar and the fab sloth bears. We enjoyed delicious meals and drinks, and the service was always prompt and friendly.
