Small wooden houses were excellent for a short business stay. The fiera is just 5 minutes drive. you can even walk there if you wish. Shopping facilities are not more than 5 minutes drive.

There are buses to both towns. For an inexpensive hot meal (takeaway) option, I would strongly recommend Sonia next door. You will need to book ahead and the host's will give you contact numbers. I tried all 3 accommodations at the residence - tent, bungalow, and apartment -, and they were all cozy and inexpensive. The host couple are most hospitable and helpful. Great value!
