Deze accommodatie ligt op het eiland Koh Rong, in de regio Preah Sihanouk. Tamu Koh Rong ligt op 6 km van de haven Sok San. De sfeer is heel relaxt. Heel bijzonder met de overdekte tenten.

Het personeel liet je je echt een welkom onderdeel voelen van hun community. Het eten (zowel Khmer als westers) was heerlijk. Het strand was prachtig. We hebben hier een toptijd gehad en missen de plek nu al!

Tents open up to views of the sea and are equipped with a mattress, pillows, a fan and a blanket. There is also a charging station for the guests' electrical appliances. De bungalow was top. Goede airco en wifi, warm water. Tientallen meters vanaf het restaurant dat op het strand ligt. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en gastvrij. We konden gemakkelijk goede scooters huren zolang als we wilden zonder borg. Het ontbijt was simpel maar lekker. Van de pad thai hebben we erg genoten. De smoothies zijn heerlijk. Service is snel en goed. De prijs van het eten is ook top! Alles betalen kon wanneer we wilden, met creditcard zonder extra fee. Elke dag kregen we nieuwe handdoeken, en strandhandoeken liggen gratis klaar bij het restaurant. Na 2 dagen werd ons gevraagd hoelaat ze onze bungalow konden schoonmaken. Heerlijk om weer in zo’n schone bungalow terug te komen! Genoten!

This non-smoking tent is fitted with windows that open up to panoramic views of the sea. The tent is equipped with solar-powered lighting, a queen-size bed and furniture. The bungalow I had was right in front of the beach and had its own little balcony where I could read in the evening after a swim to see the bioluminescent plankton (it was not like the pictures on internet but more like little fireflies appearing underwater when moving, truly amazing). The accomodation is quite simple but has everything needed and is very comfortable. Shower water is cold but given the temperature it's not an issue. There are even some plastic curtains in front of the balcony that can bu used in case of heavy rain. There's a restaurant that can easily accomodate for vegans (I recommend the banana flower soup). I took the taxi boat to get there since I had a suitcase and it went well, you can book the boat back with the help of the bungalow staff. One day I decided to do the little hike to get across the island (it has one steep part but the it's mostly flat-ish, so easy to do with a backpack if you're in good health condition) to see the beach on Saracen bay side. If you want more bars, restaurants and people, you could pick that side. But if you want some quiet time, a beautiful beach and nice accomodation, Robinson bungalows on Sunset Beach are perfect :)

This tent has a shared bathroom, a wardrobe and sea views. The unit has 1 bed. I had a wonderful stay at Koh Ta Kiev Island Resort! The restaurant is in an open area with fresh air and a nice breeze, which made every meal so relaxing. Breakfast was really good, and I appreciated the flexibility—even as Muslims, we could enjoy seafood options too. The beach was absolutely beautiful, especially at night with the fresh air and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were amazing—special thanks to Lucky at reception, who was very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. The driver was also very kind and always smiling, which made our transfers so pleasant
