The mattresses in the tents were nice, and there were power outlets and a light inside as well. The whole area, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, were exceptionally clean. A tiny bit out of the way, but still very close and walkable to the beach and the town center.

The shared shower/toilettes are very clean.

The rest of the staff were equally polite and welcoming. The location is unbeatable—right by a beautiful, clean beach that’s perfect for long, peaceful walks. It wasn’t crowded at all, which made it even more enjoyable. The rooms are really unique, almost like sleeping in a capsule. Lying down and looking up at the sky through the design was such a special experience. Overall, everything was perfect, and I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Tulum!

He gave us a great tour of the place and explained everything clearly. Then he also gave us loads of great tips about the local area. The glamping itself felt like luxury - really cosy/comfy. It felt like a treat staying in such a unique place. Would definitely recommend!
