I loved the bubble we stayed in, especially since we were in the jungle. We were right in there with nature and waking up and eating breakfast outside under the trees was so relaxing. The breakfast provided was small but good enough portions where you don't need to over stuff yourself. The staff were all amazing and very welcoming. All my questions were answered, and I definitely stay here again.

It's been a long time since I've had such a deep sleep and relaxation time. Just chilling in nature with my book was heaven. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I'll be back.

Patrick and the cleaning lady were friendly and helpful! The place is very charming and well-maintained. Rooms and common areas like kitchen, bathroom, dining area were cleaned everyday. For a place with a lot of shared facilities - it was very nice and spotless! The location is awesome - just a short walk to the beach, center, to shops/restaurants and situated in a peaceful and quiet area. Room was small, but the nice and big common areas were great. Plus we spent most of the day in the beach anyway. We felt at home here and would come back :)

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Tulum! Armando was incredibly helpful—he went above and beyond to assist us with renting a car, arranging transportation from the airport, and giving great recommendations for local food spots. The rest of the staff were equally polite and welcoming. The location is unbeatable—right by a beautiful, clean beach that’s perfect for long, peaceful walks. It wasn’t crowded at all, which made it even more enjoyable. The rooms are really unique, almost like sleeping in a capsule. Lying down and looking up at the sky through the design was such a special experience. Overall, everything was perfect, and I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Tulum!

Hakuna Matata Glamping bevindt zich in Bacalar en biedt gratis WiFi, een tuin en een terras. Iedere unit heeft een zitgedeelte en een eetgedeelte. The owner was so friendly and helpful. He gave us a great tour of the place and explained everything clearly. Then he also gave us loads of great tips about the local area. The glamping itself felt like luxury - really cosy/comfy. It felt like a treat staying in such a unique place. Would definitely recommend!
