This is a kind of person that you'd need in hospitality. I scraped my knee when I arrived coz I lost balance in carrying my heavy bag but then she offered me first aid and what I needed along with the other staff so it was really appreciated. I booked all my tours with her through her own travel agency, SunZu Tours and Travels. It was conveniently just in front Nomad Yurts. Also the motorcycle. She gave me good discounts which was awesome! :) I met the host as well, who was also accommodating. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and the tent that I was assigned was still occupied. While waiting I was offered a very good Vietnamese coffee so I loved that as I do love a good brewed coffee. I was eventually accommodated in another room so I could rest. So I honestly appreciate their services. As soon as I stepped into the tent, it was super nice. Felt like I was transported to another country. :) Love the interiors. Most of all, the bed, oh, it was so comfy! I slept immediately as I was so tired and sleepy from an early flight. Love how spacious the tent is too. The bathroom was decent as well. My only regret is that I stayed only 1 night, I wish I could've stayed longer.
