While Google Map might indicate that the road to the site is less than ideal, the staff offers a highly convenient buggy pickup service that transports guests directly to the glamping area. After a day of exploring far from Sapa, we found ourselves in a bit of a predicament when we couldn’t secure a taxi late in the day. As we scrambled to find our way back to the city center, the team at Phansi stepped in with remarkable kindness. They quickly arranged for a friend to pick us up at a reasonable price, ensuring that we didn’t miss a beat in our travel plans. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, as arranging additional taxi services is not part of their usual offerings. It’s a wonderful reminder of the exceptional hospitality at Phansi, and I encourage future guests to appreciate such moments of kindness. Their willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference, turning a potentially stressful situation into a reassuring experience. It's this genuine care and attention that left a lasting impression on us. Even now, I fondly remember the warmth of the staff who took such great care of us during our short stay. I will definitely recommend Phansi to my friends and anyone visiting Sapa, as it truly is a gem that promises an amazing experience!

the staff were really helpful and sweet. the owner of the hotel also is such a sweetheart, sincere and wonderful. i love the room and especially the stunning view from the top floors. will come back for sure.
