The camp is inside the park so you are on your way to explore already in the very early morning, without having to wait for the gates’ opening. Staff was very kind, even the first night that there had been a very strong storm and they came out in the rain to make sure our tents were not getting wet. We experienced a full moon on the river, with stars and hippos in the background playing. Everything was magical, highly recommended.

Mooie schone tent, zeer goed van eten en drinken (ontbijt, lunch en diner incl). Safari’s geregeld vanuit de lodge, zowel Kruger als Sabie. Denken mee met minder validen, bijv door voorin bij chauffeur te zitten ipv hoge opstap achterin. Bagage werd volledig verzorgd door personeel (op het hoofd ivm zandpad). Park is mooi onderhouden door tuin personeel, paden keurig geharkt, borders mooi onkruid vrij en zwembad schoon. ‘S middags werd het bed nog extra open geklapt. Airco die goed koelt.

It was magical. The tents are luxurious and beautifully designed. So peaceful, surrounded by nature and next to a stream. I only wish I didn’t stay for one night, and had a few days here to fully experience.

De tent heeft een eigen ingang, een zitgedeelte, een terras met uitzicht op de tuin en een eigen badkamer met een douche. In de unit staan 3 bedden. I loved my stay at Honeyguide. Everything was beyond my expectation and made my trip magical. The staff and drivers are great, they are very friendly and warm and make you feel like at home. The location is awesome. They are a private reserve, but there is no fence, so animals from other reserve can roam here, and you might get a chance to see them. Also, they can go off-road which makes the games so much more interesting. We saw everything except the leopard. The pool at the main area is a huge attraction. The elephants regularly visited the pool to drink water when we were staying, and we got a chance to see them very close. The tents are very comfortable with heating mattress (helpful for colder nights).

Buffelshoek Tented Camp ligt in het Manyeleti-wildreservaat en biedt een tuin en een barbecue. Sabi Sand-wildreservaat bevindt zich op 34 km afstand. This was the most magical trip and we highly recommend Buffelshoek Tented Camp! Dudley and Lynn are so amazing in welcoming guests and making the stay absolutely amazing. The guides for the game drives are fabulous! Both Beckson and Elvis were so committed to making sure we saw all that we wanted to, even if it meant driving across the reserve! We saw the big 5 and so much more! We had shared that we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and they helped make it such an incredibly special day for us. On that evening we also had an elephant visit the camp! Wow!! This was definitely a bucket list trip for us and it far surpassed what we dreamed it was going to be!

Wielewaal Bush Lodge is gelegen in Marloth Park met uitzicht op de tuin en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde lounge, bar, tuin, buitenzwembad dat het hele jaar door open is en terras. This is an absolutely incredible place, offering a profound sense of peace and tranquility. On the property, you can see wild animals such as zebras and kudus roaming freely, which makes the experience truly special. All the food is homemade and absolutely delicious. The service is exceptional — the owners take wonderful care of you at all times and genuinely ensure that you get the very best out of your trip and overall experience. For example, one of the owners personally drove us to a restaurant for lunch, and we were upgraded to a stunning accommodation because it was our honeymoon. I would highly recommend everyone to visit this place.

Jackalberry Ridge by Dream Resorts beschikt over een zwembad, een tuin, een terras en uitzicht op de tuin, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi in Marloth Park. We werden zo onzettend vriendelijk ontvangen. We kregen al een appje voordat we aankwamen en bij de receptie stonden 2 dames die ons helemaal thuis lieten voelen. We reden naar onze tent en daar werden we verwelkomd door impala's en wrattenzwijnjes. We sliepen in een prachtige tent. Mega groot met een heerlijk king size bed en een mooie badkamer. Het privé zembadje maakte het glamping gevoel helemaal af. De tenten staan ver uit elkaar waardoor je veel privacy hebt. Winkels zijn in de buurt en er is een goede slager. We hebben 1 avond gebraaid en toen werden we verrast door een hele groep banded mangooses. De ingang van het Krügerpark is 20 minuten rijden.
