These luxury tents are situated on the side of the Simonsberg Mountain, with views of the Franschhoek, Paarl and the Drakenstein mountain ranges. Each tent features a private deck with sun loungers. Very peaceful location. The place was kept very clean and the service was fantastic. Absolutely loved the verandas, with amazing views over the mountain.

Kiara and her staff were possibly the kindest people I've ever been hosted by. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The property is spotless in terms of cleanliness. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was perfect. I appreciated there being the courtyard space to be able to sit in the sun outside. This property is also close to plenty of wine farms, as well as some great mountain biking and hiking spots. The WiFi was reliable once I connected to the correct one.

Our host, Alet, could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. He was very friendly and happy to answer our questions and queries. The isolated location was just what we were looking for. The safari tent was well kitted out and the supply of wood perfect for fuelling the braai and hot tub. Alet even gave us fresh dry wood when our pile got very soggy due to torrential rain!

These tented suites feature a private wooden deck and an en suite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. Very friendly staff, great facilities and awesome experiences with the game drives and hikes. For us this was a perfect weekend! Sleeping in the safari tent is so peaceful and convenient.

This mobile home has a fireplace. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at; not only in Franschhoek, but of all the places I have ever stayed at before. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The farm and surroundings are gorgeous and peaceful, and the location to the town center is perfect. One could stay here in the winter or the summer, due to the indoor fireplace, hot tub and outdoor braai area. I love that it is also very private. Our host was extremely attentive; responding immediately whenever we asked her something. She was very friendly, helpful, and it was clear that she wanted us to enjoy our stay. We will now be staying here every time that we are in Franschhoek!

The tent provides air conditioning, a private entrance, a balcony with garden views as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The unit offers 1 bed. The property is gorgeous. Like a garden oasis with mountains and trees surrounding it. You drive through farms to get there, and one of our four accommodations has a view of both mountains and farmland. The other three had an enchanting view into a misty forest. So well maintained, with every little thing thoughtfully considered. We are already trying to figure out a way to bring visiting family back here.

Hartenbos Private Game Lodge is a privately-owned escape set in the malaria-free region of Hartenbos, Mossel Bay situated on the Garden Route. Very good communication from host, beautiful setting. Upgraded to a villa free of charge due to an issue with the tent we originally booked.

Featuring views of the Swartberg Mountains, each bush tent has its own open-air hot tub. There are coffee/tea facilities, plugs and in/outside lights, electric blankets, and a deck area. Pascal is an excellelent host, very friendly and offers delicious dinner The beds are very comfortable
