The room was clean and cleaned daily which is a very important aspect for us. The staff was very friendly as they helped us out with what to visit and where to go on the island. The breakfast had a lot of variety, with high-quality products. We spent a lot of time at the pool and the terrace bar, overall a great atmosphere.

We had a great time! The rooms were really comfortable, and the area is beautiful. The beach is right there, and it's so easy to get to. The staff were super welcoming, right from when we arrived at 4:30 am (our flight got really delayed), and if anyone from the hotel is reading this, Alex in particular was really nice and really tried to help us have a good time! The food was solid, in my opinion; I especially liked the vegetable paella that they had for lunch one day. And the indoor spa area (with a hot tub and pool) were fun too. All around, we had an amazing time and would 100% recommend! It was a great value for what we received (we did the all-inclusive option).

It has many games and entertainment for children. the animators are a wonderful team, especially Ruben, my daughter loved playing with Ruben every day. the pools are beautiful. the food was very varied and the rooms very comfortable. Ruben really put on an extra effort to make people around him confortable and happy I totally enjoied the games that he played and his energy celebrating every win of the kids . I will definitely return
