The hotel was terrific. You realize you are in a quality hotel when you walk in the door. Our stay was about 4 weeks, we stayed 2 weeks here and 2 weeks in another hotel. The quality was night and day, and they both are rated 5 stars. This was truly a 5-star hotel.

The apartment was amazing and spotlessly clean, it had everything and more you could ever need. It was fantastic having use of the indoor pools during our stay because it was too cold for us to use the outdoor pools although some were. The children's facilities are brilliant and our 6 year old had a really fun time in the two outdoor play areas. She also enjoyed the kids club. All the staff were helpful and polite and we couldn't fault anything to be honest. We are already planning our next stay!

Location was great. if you rent a car, everything is easily accessible (san Pedro, Puerto Banus, waterparks, Beaches, Prom) but you can easily walk or taxi to the town. There are communal pool areas which the kids loved. Stayed in and got Take out a few night, went out on other night. It is nice to have the comfort of an apartment instead of a hotel room. where you have good space and facilities and wifi.

They And have redefined the meaning of customer service.!! It’s been a long time since I’ve been so impressed but such an exceptional and attentive staff !! Down to the smallest of details ( sometimes these the ones that count ! ) The whole place has been refurbished to high standards, but the staff is what makes the real difference!!
