I was suprised for the better. The Staff ! Was great, very very helpful. As well, the decor and surf elements were nice, especially for somebody that goes to Biarritz for surfing. I recommend this hotel 100% . Simple but enough.

The rooms are very comfortable, with a nice balcony. The hotel is right next to the beach, with a number of restaurants. The staff members are very friendly. They have helped us call a taxi to go back to town the day of checkout--an effort that we have really appreciated.

There are some very nice details of the apartment, but some parts still need renovation. It was better than I expected based on the reviews. Comfortable, well-equipped. Very nice helpful staff, great pool. Comfortable big bed, I was very happy with the many pillows.
