It was a very nice room with all the necessary amenities. We felt very relaxed and comfortable here. Wish the weather was a little nicer during our stay but cannot fault the accommodation one bit.

Just half a mile from Grange-over-Sands Rail Station, The Grange Boutique Hotel offers free parking and a central Lake District location.

The host met us when we arrived and was very welcoming and friendly. She offered advice about the area showed us around the room, including a few extra goodies that we probably would not have noticed that she not pointed them out. The room was immaculately clean, very quiet, the bed was amazingly comfortable and we got the best nights sleep we’ve had for several nights. The location was superb, the area around was totally charming inviting to walk around. Easy access to several different dining possibilities, and there was a Tesco express almost next-door. were very impressed and would definitely stay there again.

The Cumbria Grand is set in 25 acres of gardens and woodlands, and is only a 15-minute drive from Lake Windermere. It offers free Wi-Fi in public areas.

What a lovely property. Dawn met us and made us feel welcomed and left us to our own devices which was nice. The room was just beautiful and the bed amazing. Tea, coffee and porridge left in our room. Short walk to town centre but a little walk to the train especially with big bags. Such a beautiful place to stay. Thank you Dawn.
