The breakfast is great, the staff is unbelievably friendly and attentive, I was given great tips on transportation and what places to visit in Edinburgh. The rooms are always very clean and extremely comfortable.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cozy/comfortable hotel! Their staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food and drinks served at the hotel's on site restaurant/bar are good. They have a decent indoor pool and a well equipped gym. Location is good, 5-minute walk to a bus stop, not too far from the airport and Edinburgh’s Old Town. We felt at home right here so that's another plus! We highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again.

I didn't expect to get a room with such nice views. The room was gigantic and the bed super comfortable. Room had two heaters but one was enough to heat up the whole space. Bar is open 24/7. Food options look good, I just had dinner there the first night. Didn't talk much with the staff but they we're on top of it

I visited this hotel with my wife and an 17 years old daughter. The surrounding area outside the hotel was very quite with a private car park. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and a private bathroom.
