Staff were very friendly and took good care of us. The little downside was the swimming pool as it is not a part of the hotel itself but they looked after our requirements.

The location was an excellent base for my reunion trip, where I could catch up with old school friends in Kingston. I loved taking my early morning walks around the grounds, admiring the wildlife along the River Thames. I also enjoyed the sense of history of The Lensbury. My room was comfortable and spotless. I was particularly impressed with their sustainability efforts, as an ESG report editor back home.

The professionalism, kindness & care received from staff. I arrived extra early at around 8 am due to a bad experience and the need to leave my prior accommodation. On arrival at Grims Dyke Hotel, I asked if I could leave my bag at reception until it was time to check in at 3 pm. The lovely receptionists phoned room service and asked that a room be prioritised and made up and I was invited to have a coffee whilst I waited. I asked if I could order breakfast as I was starving because I had been too scared to leave my room in the prior accommodation. When I arrived at the restaurant, the staff were expecting me, and while I was enjoying breakfast, I was brought my room key. My room was quiet, safe, and soothing. I was able to collect myself and I went for a walk in the neighbouring area for 3 hours. The kindness and care received by the staff meant so much and completely changed my day and my holiday moving forward for the better. Thank you!

Location is great! Very close to the outlet and various restaurants. Very accessible too for public transportation. Breakfast buffet selection was also great.
