AustraliaThe room was amazing, we did take advantage of the spa! All of the staff were wonderful from Ash giving us directions to the city centre, to check in, breakfast, bar, dinner service and checking out. We appreciated the upgrade. Thank you for the highlight of such a wonderful place on our 5 weeks in the UK. We were a couple travelling so didn’t utilise the varied attractions for the kids which looked wonderful. If you are a family with young children this place would suit you perfectly.
