For us, the location is ideal. Close to family, plenty of restaurants nearby. Welcome at check in was lovely. Such a pleasant lad- tall, lots of curly hair, Daniel (?) Enquired about our journey, finding the hotel. Room was generous, lovely to have a bath, not just shower. Love the discount voucher idea if you don't have room service. We've chosen other hotels over you before, but no longer.

a short walk to the main road for a £2 bus into the city centre (a Wetherspoons opposite for cheap breakfast) a very comfortable stay, 2 nights, quiet and relaxing I'll definitely be back as I see gigs in Leeds fairly regularly

I stay often at this hotel. Mark and Monica are always so nice, friendly and helpful. I always have a great sleep. The beds are comfortable and clean. There is always hot water . I like that the ensuite rooms have baths as well as showers .
