The hotel was sparkling clean, which made it extra comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my short stay. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. I could easily walk to all the key MediaCityUK locations. The breakfast served offered tasty, British standard breakfast menu.

Loved the bed, super comfy! The shower is also fantastic! So nice to be able to bring our support dog and know he's treated just like one of the family, that's what he is. Well done to the staff, you do a fabulous job, check-in was super easy and done with a pleasant smile.

Breakfast was well cooked and warm, I never encountered any empty food containers. The room was an adequate size for the family. The location of the hotel was perfect for our vacation.

The staff were very cheerful and extremely helpful. The rooms although not huge were spotlessly clean with comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and Sarah-Jane who worked during breakfast service was great, she couldn't do enough for us and is an asset to the hotel.
