The bed was comfortable and bathroom was okay. The gentlemen working in the reception area (Concierge) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with red hair had outstanding customer service and communication skills. He was also very Professional. He had excellent manners and knows how to treat people with dignity and respect. Lounge area ( when empty) looked welcoming. Staff in breakfast area very pleasant and efficient; as were the staff at the event dinner. Masseur also very professional.
