The location and facilities is perfect for cycling, hiking, etc or simply seat back, relax and shutdown. Garden and Spa, beautifully setup, I give 10 points to it. The evening dinner is amazing, not regreted taking the half-board package.

The hotel and facilities were lovely, but your staff are the real stars of the show, especially Jasmine, who looked after us for dinner and who was so warm-hearted and bubbly.

Excellent in every way. Well trained, pleasant and efficient staff who clearly take their lead from the owner, who could not have been more attentive. Everything of the highest quality. We were demi-pension with a limited menu for dinner ... but, still lovely choices, beautifully cooked.

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, very spacious rooms, tennis courts, swimming pool and modest gym, but with all the equipment one would need to stay fit. Busstop in front of the hotel to catch a free bus into Merano.

Friendly staff, super clean!, comfortable room, good Wi-Fi, super view, nice pool, good breakfast and nice breakfast view, enough and good parking spots, fair prices with drinks & breakfast - just a really cozy place, where you can feel comfortable in. Highly recommended :)
