Location was great, very central and in a more quiet area of the Medina. The room was very spacious with a nice size bathroom, overall very comfy, and had a private terrace facing the courtyard overlooking the pool. The riad is quiet and private, intimate, the decor is excellent - a perfect use of the materials and colors and a perfect mix between traditional and modern. It feels like a little oasis in the middle of the chaotic Medina. Breakfast was great as well, and the rooftop overlooking the whole city is a real gem. The best part of the riad is its staff. They were super welcoming, kind, and helpful. They really made me feel at home, and they went above and beyond to help me at every turn! Overall a magical experience!

Our driver met us at the airport and took us directly to the hotel, which is located in the heart of the city. His kindness, honesty, and willingness to help made our stay truly special. The hotel itself is a beautiful traditional riad, full of character and charm. Our room had high ceilings, a stunning tadelakt-plastered bathroom, and an authentic Moroccan ambiance. The rooftop terrace, with its lush greenery and cozy seating areas, was the perfect place to enjoy Moroccan mint tea in the morning while taking in the view. The location is fantastic, ideal for first-time visitors eager to explore the vibrant, chaotic, and authentic side of Marrakech. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The riad was very well located within walking distance to the main square. It was situated in a peaceful part of town. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop terrace. The views were amazing and the breakfast was served on the terrace every morning. The riad had a very authentic feel.

Got in and offered dinner straight away, Abdel then waited for us to book in the excursions. We had a full Hamam and spa, the ladies who are in the Hamam were so good OMG! Massage was nice with a little swim after. Got to to the room to find fruit basket (wasn’t that fresh looking) and snacks left which we wasn’t expecting so was such a sweet gesture!
