I can't believe people dare to say negative things about this place. Staff is very friendly, the resort is big and comfortable, entertainment is pleasant, food is good and most of all it's incredible value for money!

A great and very comfortable stay away from the crowded city. We had room 4, which was very spacious and very quiet with an extremely comfortable bed and good lighting. The restaurant served an enjoyable but unfortunately limited menu. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent.

The most striking point was the quality and wide choice of the food offered both at lunch time and in the evening, truly exceptional for a all inclusive hotel. Other good point the facilities for kep fit activities: swimming pools, gym, saunas,tennis etc...Even though the hotel is very large, we did not feel the pressure of large crowds as the hotel ground is very large, the restairants are immense and the staff plenty.
