Eveything was good. Shuttle service provided for us to go to IOI city mall. Breakfast also superb and a lot of choices. Hotel staff was friendly too.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The technician is very efficient. I'm having trouble connecting the TV with my phone, then the maintenance staff come and help until he is sure that I am able to watch the show on the TV. My children enjoy every facility and activities (such as feeding the fish). There are a variety of food options such as restaurant Chef Wan, burgerlab & the hotel dining. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Located next to the largest mall in Southeast Asia, IOI City Mall, Palm Garden Hotel is a 10-minute drive from Putrajaya city centre. Free parking is available on-site.
