It was a little bit of heaven ,in a lovely quiet & peaceful location.The staff were very helpful & made us all feel very welcome. A warm smile and a friendly face when you arrive and nothing was too much trouble for the staff , so Bravo to you all in Placid Village. The apartment was well equipped with everything that you need for your stay , with a high quality finish inside. We shall be back someday.

A couple of km from Carvoeiro, beach can be reached by stairs , around a 15 min walk. Beautiful. Apartments spacious, clean, comfortable. Sauna, gym, pool. We did not try the restaurant but it looked good. Ladies at reception very friendly and helpful.

The whole resort was beautiful and close to the beach and promenade. The whole space was taken care of by a number of employees who keep this space tidy. You have multiple options what you can do here and they even provide shows and sessions that you can attend. Our room was large and clean provided with everything we needed. The breakfast was continental type and the coffee was average.
