Located in Maurach, 10 minutes walking distance from the Achen Lake, Arthur's Hotel und Apartments am Achensee offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi, a bar and a restaurant with a large selection of pizza, pasta, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

The local ski lift can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. A ski bus stop can be found in front of the property. Rofan Ski Region is a 2-minute drive away. Lake Achen is 1.5 km away. Achensee Golf Club can be reached by car in 20 minutes. Basically everything. Great location with a great view, the meals were great, especially the dinner! Also feel a few personal touches on the service side, which makes the staying experience a lot better

The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged — perfect for relaxing as a family. The view was lovely, and everything felt peaceful and welcoming. Martina was an exceptional host — kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. She even gifted my wife a delicious homemade strawberry jam, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. It made us feel truly cared for. We had a great time with my wife and our three children. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and we made beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming getaway.
