There are also two smaller lap pools that overlook the surrounding mountains & golf course. We had a wonderful stay in a 2-bedroom swim-out apartment, which was perfect for our family. The space was thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage, and the beds were super comfortable. It’s a little further out of town, but we appreciated the quiet, peaceful surroundings. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. A real highlight was the excellent café just a short walk away, serving delicious breakfast and lunch with beautiful river views—we went every day. We also loved relaxing on our patio each afternoon and stepping straight into the pool.

The Nautilus Holiday Apartments are situated in Port Douglas across the road from the famous Four Mile Beach. Enjoy spacious self-contained apartments opposite the beach and 10-minutes from Macrossan Street. I had a wonderful experience at Douglas Port. The place is convenient, spacious, clean, and offers great value for the price. The managers are nice, and incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!
