The location is a bit out of downtown but it is easy enough to get around by bus and train. The house has detailed manual prepare by owner with all information. Owner is kind enough to help explain and recommend us all questions we had. We were really grateful.

Guest rooms will provide guests with a fridge. We've stayed here twice now and both times the staff were amazing, the rooms are clean and bright and the whole place is so cozy!

The resort has a terrace and mountain views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. The room was amazing. Confortable and clean. Spacious and nicely decorated. Food at the restaurant was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Walking distance to the outlet malls and great shuttle service to the airport.

Skiing, windsurfing and diving are possible within the area, and Kootenay Wild Guest Suites offers ski storage space. Absolutely stunning experience! The place is even better that on the pictures. So much to do in the front yard/terrace (basketball, mini-golf) or savor a meal/drink while enjoying the picturesque views of the West Arm and surrounding mountains. Wish we could stay longer. Richard was a charming and superhelpful host.

We had flight delays and it looked like we may have missed a significant portion of our stay, Heidi and Kelvin were great in responding to our updates
