Mirka and Dennis were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was travelling in Feb and was afraid the room might be too cold. The hosts arranged a heater in my room before my arrival. I was also served breakfast crepes which were delicious! Highly recommend this accommodation if you have a vehicle! Be aware that there were no in-suite bathrooms. You do get your own private bathroom which requires stepping next door. I personally didn't mind this as mine was clean with provided shampoo and towels, and also nicely decorated!

Breakfast was also so delicious. Had an absolutely wonderful time and hope to come back again!

I want to give the biggest shout out to Best Western Cranbrook Hotel . My daughter’s birthday wish was to have her and a couple of friends sleep over at a hotel. They went above and beyond to make her 8 year old dreams come true. The gentleman that checked us in treated the girls like queens. He found out it was her birthday and gave her an upgrade to a penthouse suite. He also gave them candy and chips as “vip” guests. The joy was incredible for those little girls and it will be a core memory for her forever. I am so grateful. The room was beautiful, hotel clean, pool clean and fun and every person we ran into on staff was so kind. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you!!!

Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort Cranbrook, WorldHotels Crafted bevindt zich in Cranbrook, op 46 km van St. We loved everything about this property. The staff were lovely, the room was perfect and very clean and there's a restaurant and a cafe downstairs we used for very reasonably priced dinner & breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

I can only recommend them, and in addition to their kindness, they have a perfect pool for refreshment on those hot days.
