It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. This is the second time we have stayed here. Good spacious rooms, friendly staff and good continental breakfast.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. The service was truly professional, courteous, and communicative. It was easy to have a pleasant, friendly conversation with the staff. The restaurant was excellent, and the food was delicious. I felt right at home and can highly recommend this place.

I really loved my room and its view! It was very spacious for one person. There were also a hiking backpack and a tote bag inside the closet. The coffee station and minibar were all included, which is quite rare. The breakfast buffet was varied, plentiful and delicious! You will always find something to eat in the lobby, such as snacks, cakes, croissants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend this place to anyone.

It comfortable for us with family and two kids. We reached this property little late. Google address pointing slight deviated location, but it is just behind it. The information provided by the host, worked well. Parking is in front of the property, can park even in open area near by. Very friendly host.

At the same time, it is extremely close to the village (15 minutes walking distance). They go the extra mile to make your stay nothing less than perfect, and do so while creating a very personal atmosphere. There is a restaurant in the hotel, which offers a very good selection of local and European dishes, and the wine selection is exquisite. Even though the rating of the WiFi on this website is a bit lower, the hotel fixed this convincingly by providing you with a wifi receiver to take to the room. This fully solved any issue that might have been there in the past, since the wireless internet worked perfectly.

Amazing breakfast and quite superior from European standards. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Spa was great with heated pool overlooking the Matterhorn. They’ve got some great restaurants. Location was great to go directly Sunnega via the lift.

Everything spick and span and comfortable. The train shuttle from Zermatt to Tasch is very simple and efficient. Would have loved to have more time there. A barbecue and spa on the deck would be awesome.
