The hotel was impeccably clean, and the facilities were perfect, providing everything we needed for a comfortable experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional service—despite our early check-out before breakfast hours, a staff member kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even better. Highly recommended!

Experience the ultimate relaxation at Retro Riverside Wellness Resort. Our children selected this place to celebrate my birthday. They couldn't have found a better place. The hotel is truly amazing. The location, out of town and close to the river, is beautiful. Everything speaks RELAX. The views either from the restaurant or from the room, the pool, and the SPA set the environment for a great stay. The staff, especially Sonya and the General Manager are very welcoming, always there to help, and very hospitable. Upon reception, Sonya was ready to support our needs, she made sure that our room would be ready even if we arrived a little bit earlier and offered a welcome drink while we waited. She also provided an overview of the facilities and instructions on how to use the SPA. She gave us directions to town, where to park, and places to visit. The room is beyond expectations, spacious, with a view of the river, and spotless. King-size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. A safe also that will be part of another story :) We enjoyed the SPA. There are 5 different types of saunas, well-prepared, and clean: Jacuzzi and pool. Massage service is in place. Now the Safe story. We had such a wonderful time and felt so relaxed that even though we always checked the room to avoid leaving anything behind, on this occasion we left our passports. We realized upon arrival at the airport, 2 hours away. After the shocking find, we called the hotel and both reception and the general manager took immediate care of the incident. They found our passports, negotiated transport, and in less than 2 hours we had our passports back. Talking with the general manager, the quick support we received kept our holidays still on track. What could have been a nightmare was a quick fixable event thanks to them. Muchas gracias from Costa Rica.

Spa & Wellness Hotel Olympia is situated in the spa centre of Mariánské Lázně, in close proximity to the forests, spa parks and healing mineral springs. Everything was great. We were given a beautiful cozy room that was even better compared to the room I had booked! My special request had been heard and we got a room with a huge (!) bath tube for two that was amazing!)) The food was excellent - tasty dinner and breakfast with a great variety of choice! The stuff was helpful and nice! We also got a little present while checking-out that was unexpected and sweet)))

The family-owned Embassy Hotel is situated in the heart of Karlovy Vary, in direct vicinity to the thermal springs and 350 metres from the Hot Spring. The hotel had a very nice breakfast room, cozy and with a warm winter holiday atmosphere. Parking reservation was a big plus. Central location and near the touristic objectives is quite attractive.

Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. It was absolutley perfect! A wish came true!I spent my birthday at the Grandhotel Pupp and they made me feel special.They noticed it's my birthday and they surprised me with a cake in the room, sang me happy birthday. The room was huge, verry clean, bed comfortable. Hotel staff very well trained, friendly.Also they speak good english. We felt we went back in time in this amazing building dated since 1700s.

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne is located in the heart of Mariánske Lázně, featuring 4 outdoor and indoor pools, sauna area and fitness centre. Very nice atmospheric hotel. The SPA and pools are very nice. Breakfast is tasty and has a very good variety. There is parking in garage 400czk and nearby parking spot ~250czk. Perfect place to stay and relax with a vibe of historical buildings and springs of mineral water.

Housed in a renovated Art Nouveau building from 1899, the Hotel Romance is situated in the spa centre of Karlovy Vary, close to the Hot Geyser Spring and the Market Colonnade. The location, staff and rooms were wonderful. The room was very spacious. Worth mentioning is that breakfast is great too, plenty of options to choose from!

Το Villa Leopold - apartmánový dům παρέχει καταλύματα στο Κάρλοβι Βάρι, σε ακτίνα 21 χλμ από Κάστρο και Πύργος Becov nad Teplou και 32 χλμ από Fichtelberg. Amazing villa, newly refurbished in style and with hugh quality. Excellent location, especially that there is also a shop nearby. I appreciated a lot having bins for recycling: quite a rarety in accommodation places. The offer of a beer and lemonade from a local producer was another nice element.
