Excellent wi-fi (more than 300 Mbps). We enjoyed our stay in an apt with a balcony; it has a nice river view. One of the best apartments I've ever rented.

Hejnice is a quite charming nice town with a big cathedral which is in walking distance. City center and supermarket is very close. We also did a one day hike of about 12 km to a mountain top and waterfalls. Swimming pool area is common, yet there was no one else during our stay. Water was not heated but warm enough in mid August.

Stayed in this apartment in the heart of the city, just a 3-minute walk from the slopes. The location is absolutely perfect, making it super convenient to enjoy the city and the skiing. The apartment itself is lovely – very clean and well-maintained. While the living room isn't huge, it comfortably accommodated our group of 4. The extra storage for ski gear and other items was a great addition, ensuring that our stay was not only enjoyable but also very practical. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient place to stay in the city!

The host was helpful, and our stay was really pleasant. A tip for people using Google maps- when it tells you you got to your destination, you are at the back of the building, and you need to enter the parking from the front.

We were suprised by the bowls filled with fresh fruit, some drinks in de refrigerator and and small toy presents for our children. The laundry was well equiped with several washing powders and the wellness room in the basement was really nice to stay.
